What is bad is what makes the blood sugar higher than normal, and what keeps the digestive enzymes so busy that the pancreas and the rest of the digestive system can’t keep digestion up to date, therefore accumulating toxins and waste in the body. For example, fasts sugars, transformed products, meats, dairies, un-organic products, and cooked foods.
The most urgent things to remove from a diabetic-friendly diet are processed sugars.
